This role assists with sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives. The position sits in the Human Resources Department, reporting directly to the Senior Advisor, Human Recsources - Talent Acquisition.\nThe role\nAssist with posting job openings on internal and external job boards, social media platforms, and the company careers page.\nScreen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including virtual, in person, and panel interviews.\nCommunicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, status updates, and next steps in the hiring process.\nConduct reference checks, background verification preparation, and pre-employment documentation as needed.\nMaintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nEnsure timely follow ups to keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.\nSupport efforts to enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and a professional, engaging approach.\nThe requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).\nOne to two (1-2) years of experience in HR or recruitment support preferred.\nExperience with an ATS or HRIS would be considered an asset.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new systems.\nProactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.\nCollaborative team player with a positive attitude. \nWhat's in it for you\nJoin a publicly traded company dual-listed on NYSE and TSX with great potential\nBe part of a workplace where meaningful connections and teamwork are celebrated\nFrom local to international, be ready to work alongside a diverse group of colleagues\nBenefit from mentorship and continuous development opportunities\nTake advantage of our attractive benefits packages\nWe want to get to know you better!
