Better for the people who make our clothes, better for our world, better for you.\n\nResponsibilities & ContextAs a Lead Information Security Advisor, you`ll lead a team of Information Security Advisors where you’ll be expected to actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the Information Security program, and to also provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to each team member to ensure the success of the overall Information Security program. One of the primary focuses of this role is to ensure the team is meeting all performance goals and operating at optimal levels. Ultimately, you’ll be held accountable for the overall performance of the team and their ability to meet or exceed all performance expectations.\nProvide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to all team members.\n\nMonitor and review team work products to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.\n\nGather and prepare monthly reports for information security metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\n\nFollow-up with cross-functional IT teams on vulnerabilities status and remediations. \n\nReview, track and triage on day-to-day security alerts and incidents reports:\n\nMalware protection incidents raised by MSSP\n\nAntispam alerts and phishing incidents\n\nEndpoints protection and antivirus alerts\n\nAlerts from security event monitoring systems\n\nApply defined response procedures:\n\nFollow-up with the local teams on identified security incidents\n\nIncident response and investigation assistance\n\nReview, evaluate and report on IT security exceptions request. \n\nProvide day-to-day operational support for corporate technical security solution (Antivirus, EDR, antispam and web filters,).\n\nAssist evaluating and implementing system-wide technical security solutions. \n\nProvide operational assistance reviewing recorded changes to IT system.\n\nMonitor and gather relevant security news, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.\n\nProvide clear, concise security reports on news and vulnerabilities to the Information Security team.\n\nEnsure timely updates to the appropriate technical teams regarding critical vulnerabilities and threats.\n\nAdvocate for the application of security policies and standards to local teams, promoting compliance with corporate security guidelines.\n\nProvide clear shift handovers to the local team, including relevant security updates and, ongoing incident status.\n\nGather evidence of IT controls execution to support compliance with IT policies and standards.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc)\n\nExperienceAt least 5 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Garments, Group of Companies, Insurance, Multinational Companies, Software Company, Textile, Woven Manufacturing\n\nAdditional Requirements5+ years of global IT experience. \n\n3+ years in information security or a related role. \n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
