Better for the people who make our clothes, better for our world, better for you.\n\nResponsibilities & ContextReporting to the IT Network Admin Sr. Manager, the Network Administrator will provide operational, technical, and project support for the organization’s telecommunications, networking, voice, data, and security services. The successful candidate will help resolve service and equipment issues, support infrastructure design and engineering changes, and contribute to the ongoing reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the telecommunications environment.\nDeliver high-quality technical support and maintain strong customer service standards when resolving telecommunications equipment and service issues.\n\nAnalyze the current telecommunications and network architecture, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of new business requirements.\n\nPerform capacity planning, monitor system performance, and prepare reports for telecommunications platforms and related services.\n\nContribute to business continuity planning by identifying risks, recommending solutions, and supporting initiatives that improve recovery time objectives.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and technology vendors to coordinate troubleshooting, service delivery, and project activities.\n\nProvide day-to-day operational support for voice, data, network, and security services across the organization.\n\nParticipate in after-hours support and on-call rotation schedules as required.\n\nPartner with Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Project teams locally and internationally to support service delivery and technology initiatives.\n\nAct as Level 3 support for Service Desk escalations related to telecommunications, networking, voice, data, and security services.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc)\nCisco Certifications\n\nExperienceAt least 5 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Multinational Companies, Software Company, Textile\n\nAdditional RequirementsGood crisis management, self-control, and stress management skills.\n\nCapacity to understand and evaluate priorities and urgencies.\n\nGood interpersonal and customer service skills with a desire to collaborate with others.\n\nAn open-minded professional with a positive attitude, manner, and behavior.\n\nHave the ability to adapt to a changing environment in a professional and impactful way.\n\nWork under pressure and potentially to take on the challenge of performing the job.\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.\n\nAbility to travel is required to support local and regional sites.\n\nAbility to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation, approximately once every five weeks.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English;
