enterprise reporting and analytics platforms across business functions.\nDevelop a roadmap for modernization of legacy reporting platforms into SAP's next-generation analytics ecosystem.\nAlign data, reporting, and analytics strategies with enterprise digital transformation objectives.\nSAP Business AI Platform Leadership\nLead the strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Business Data Cloud capabilities.\nEstablish enterprise-wide data products, semantic models, and governed business data assets.\nEnsure trusted, consistent, and business-ready data is available across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, HR, and R&D domains.\nDrive adoption of SAP's data fabric architecture and business data layer capabilities.\nOwn the design and delivery of enterprise business cases for adoption.\nMeasure and communicate business value delivered through analytics and digital innovation investments.\nKey Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree with 15+ years (or advanced degree with 12+ years) of experience in Enterprise Data, Analytics, SAP, or Digital Platform leadership.\nDeep expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP.\nProven experience defining enterprise data strategies and implementing modern cloud-based analytics platforms.\nStrong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data governance, master data management, and data integration.\nExperience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with significant analytics and reporting components.\nDemonstrated success delivering executive reporting, business intelligence, and enterprise analytics solutions.\nExperience working with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation technologies.\nStrong understanding of cloud platforms, integration architectures, API management, and enterprise technology ecosystems.\nExperience partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic technology decisions.\nExceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to lead global teams and deliver complex transformational initiatives.\nAbility to balance business priorities, technical architecture, governance, compliance, and delivery excellence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP BTP certifications.\nExperience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or highly regulated industries.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data
