Join Kite and help create more tomorrows.\nJob Description\nSpecific Job Responsibilities:\nPerform and participate in the Materials Management operations and activities to support Production operations and other internal customers.\nManage the day-to-day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities.\nReceive incoming shipments of non-GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures.\nDispense and kit GMP materials to support production operations.\nPrepare and deliver raw materials, samples, supplies, etc. to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed.\nMaintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials.\nPerform inventory cycle counts.\nPerform accurate ERP transactions.\nMonitor Kanban area to ensure optimum replenishment of materials.\nCommunicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate.\nCross-train in all areas of warehouse operations.\nPick, pack, and ship finished product, materials, and equipment as required per established policies and procedures.\nEnsure individual employee training is up to date.\nAdhere to all safety procedures and GMP requirements at all times.\nKeep warehouse operation clean and organized.\nAssist in the revision of area SOPs.\nForklift certified.\nAdditional duties as assigned. \nKnowledge:\nWorks on assignments that are basic in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.\nBasic knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).\nAble to perform routine transactions using Microsoft Office applications.\nAble to work in a fast-paced team environment.\nSpecific Education & Experience Requirements:\n0+ years of relevant experience, HS Diploma\nThe salary range for this position is: $55,930.00 - $72,380.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
