Join Gilead and help create possible, together.\nJob Description\nJob Responsibilities\nLead the hands-on development of full-stack applications integrated with AI/ML and GenAI capabilities for global pharma and enterprise use cases\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable front-end, back-end, API, and AI-enabled application components across cloud-native platforms\nCollaborate with product, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance digital solutions\nDevelop and integrate AI/ML models, LLM-based services, and intelligent workflows into enterprise applications\nCollaborate to drive best practices in software engineering, testing, code quality, security, and performance optimization, adopt where applicable\nSupport CI/CD automation, production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution in partnership with DevOps teams\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering standards and agile delivery practices\nSkills and Experience\n4+ years of experience in full-stack or AI-focused software engineering roles with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, 2+ years with Master’s degree. \nProficiency in modern front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud-native application development\nExpertise in integrating AI/ML or GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications\nStrong understanding of scalable application architecture, microservices, and secure coding practices\nGilead Sciences Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment, and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment comprised of diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
