Join Gilead and help create possible, together.\nManager, Product Analyst \nThe Product Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Managers, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role combines product analysis, business process optimization, requirements management, and solution delivery support to help ensure products deliver measurable business value and a strong user experience.\nKey Responsibilities \nPartner with business stakeholders and product teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.\nDefine the business problem, translate business needs into user stories, success metrics, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications • Apply in-depth knowledge and analysis of current- and future-state processes to inform and shape sound technology solutions\nUnderstands end-to-end workflows and identifies opportunities for simplification, automation and optimization\nSupport product roadmap planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and release activities.\nCollaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and enterprise standards\nLead process analysis, testing, user acceptance activities, and implementation readiness efforts.\nMonitor product performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.\nBuild strong partnerships with global business, IT, and vendor teams and act as the voice of the customer.\nSkills & Experience \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience with a BS/BA or 4+ years with an MS/MA/MBA in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Management, or related technology roles.\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, business process analysis, and product delivery practices.\nProven track record successfully working with cross-functional stakeholders, development teams, and global delivery organizations.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.\nPrior experience working in a global GCC or similar, geographically-distributed matrixed organizations.\nExperience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred.\nGilead Sciences Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment, and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment comprised of diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
