Join Gilead and help create possible, together.\nJob Description\nReporting to Sr. Manager, Quality Systems Training this role supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and training programs across Quality and Operations. The position partners with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to develop compliant and engaging learning solutions, manage training activities and LMS content, evaluate training effectiveness, and support learning technology and communication initiatives within a pharmaceutical/cGMP environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs that support compliance requirements, employee development, and operational excellence initiatives.\nCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external vendors to design, develop, and deploy instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs.\nSupport the planning, coordination, and administration of training activities, including scheduling, documentation, and Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance.\nMaintain training records and ensure training materials are current, accurate, and aligned with business and compliance requirements.\nLead or support communication efforts related to learning programs, including updating SharePoint sites and internal communication platforms.\nDevelop and distribute training and communication materials, including presentations, workbooks, job aids, newsletters, emails, flyers, and videos.\nSupport the creation and enhancement of e-learning content and other technology-based learning solutions.\nPartner with stakeholders to identify training needs and support the development of effective learning solutions.\nEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, metrics, and other monitoring activities.\nGenerate training reports and support analysis of learning data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nSupport initiatives to increase learner engagement and awareness of available development opportunities.\nEnsure training activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.\nApply knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, and cGMP requirements to support compliant learning programs.\nAssist with the implementation and adoption of new learning technologies and innovative training methods.\nSupport departmental and organizational projects as assigned by the Head of Central Quality Learning and Performance.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, and other business partners to support training and performance objectives.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nDemonstrates understanding of training, instructional design, communication, and/or education.\nDemonstrates understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance.\nDemonstrates working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).\nDemonstrates functional and process knowledge to support training programs.\nDemonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nDemonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience developing, managing, or supporting e-learning content and learning technologies.\nFamiliarity with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia), video development platforms, and other innovative learning solutions is preferred.\nDemonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technologies is essential.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, Quality, or a related discipline with at least 5years of relevant experience;\nOR\nMaster’s degree with at least 3years of relevant experience.\nExperience supporting learning programs, training coordination, instructional design, communications, or education-related initiatives.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing industry.\n\nUnderstanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and compliance training.\nWorking knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).\nExperience developing, managing, or supporting e-learning content and learning technologies.\nFamiliarity with instructional design and digital learning tools such as:Articulate\nSynthesia\nVideo development platforms\nLearning Management Systems\nSharePoint\n\nExperience creating training communications, presentations, newsletters, videos,
