# Machine Operator

SUMMARY The Machine Operator is responsible for the overall production and operational maintenance of a highly complex converting machine to include but not limited to: set-up, operation, troubleshooting, training, housekeeping and crew maintenance of machines in designated department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on an assigned machine. Set-up and operate theassigned machine. Process material through machine according to companyspecifications Ensure all production data is entered appropriately and accurately in the production software Inspect and maintainproduct quality. Promptly report non-conformances to production management Organize work area and/or move materials as required Comply with all company policies and procedures to include safety and promptly report any and all concerns to management to mitigate risks. Assists in developing new production techniques that increase efficiency and output. Implement into production and provide trainingas required. Promptly report any mechanical or electrical concerns related to required maintenance of machines Work with theproduction management team toconsistently achieve performance
