We're building the teams that turn ambitious infrastructure plans into operational data centers, from site sourcing and capacity development to engineering, deployment, and ongoing operations.\nYou will partner directly with infrastructure and operations leadership to identify exceptional talent across highly specialized disciplines, develop creative sourcing strategies, and build relationships with the people who know how to deliver complex infrastructure at scale.\nWe are looking for someone who loves the craft of recruiting, understands the value of deep industry relationships, and is excited to help build the physical infrastructure powering the next generation of AI.\nWhat success looks like\nIn your first 6-12 months, you will:\nBuild exceptional infrastructure teams. Identify, engage, and close talent across data center operations, critical facilities, site sourcing, capacity delivery, infrastructure engineering, and technical operations.\n\nBecome a trusted partner to infrastructure leadership. Understand our expansion priorities, technical requirements, and operational challenges to help hiring managers make informed decisions about talent and hiring strategy.\n\nBuild differentiated talent pipelines. Map relevant companies, data center operators, hyperscalers, and infrastructure teams to identify and engage exceptional candidates in competitive and geographically distributed markets.\n\nOwn searches from start to finish. Drive recruiting processes across both specialized leadership positions and high-priority operational roles, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.\n\nSupport hiring across multiple locations. Develop recruiting strategies tailored to the regional labor markets surrounding our current and future data center sites.\n\nHelp scale the Talent Acquisition function.
