You want to build and improve systems, not simply execute administrative tasks.\nYou are analytical and process-minded, with a demonstrated ability to design practical workflows, scorecards and reporting tools that make supplier performance and material requirements more visible and actionable.\nYou are proactive, collaborative and comfortable working across international co-manufacturers, suppliers, Quality and our Madera manufacturing team. You combine attention to detail with ownership, sound judgment and a continuous-improvement mindset.\nWHAT YOU DO\nSupplier Management & Monitoring\nMaintain supplier profiles, contracts, pricing and master data for co-packer raw materials, Madera inputs and Gimme-owned packaging.\nMonitor on-time delivery, fill rates, lead times, quality issues and price variances; identify risks, escalate concerns and track corrective actions.\nPartner with Quality to support supplier qualification, onboarding, capability assessments and root-cause analysis.\nEvaluate supply continuity risks and support qualified primary and secondary sources for critical materials.\nPrepare supplier scorecards and quarterly business reviews; coordinate with the Madera Buyer Planner on supplier performance and escalations.\nKPI Development, Systems & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain consistent supplier KPIs, scorecards and Power BI dashboards for Supply Review and leadership.\nBuild and improve scalable procurement and planning processes, reporting tools and systems across manufacturing locations.\nIdentify manual workflows to streamline or automate, improve data quality and establish repeatable operating practices.\nAnalyze spend, pricing variances, supplier performance and cost-to-serve to identify risks and savings opportunities.\nMaterial Requirements, Forecasting & Purchasing\nTranslate production plans and rolling forecasts into raw-material requirements using bills of materials (BOMs) across co-packers and Madera.\nDevelop purchasing and supplier forecasts to support capacity, lead-time and pricing decisions.\nReconcile requirements against co-packer purchase orders and communicate quantities and timing.\nProvide Madera material requirements to the Madera Buyer Planner, who owns day-to-day Madera purchase orders.\nPurchase Gimme-owned packaging, including displays and repack materials, in alignment with commercialization timelines.\nSupply Planning Support & Growth\nSupport manufacturing-node supply plans, including capacity, material requirements and production timing.\nMaintain planning master data and prepare Supply Review inputs and scenario analyses.\nAs the network expands, progressively assume ownership of supply plans for assigned nodes while the Senior Planning Manager retains overall network planning responsibility.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nProven ability to create, implement and improve systems, processes and reporting tools rather than simply maintain existing workflows.\nStrong analytical skills, advanced Excel and hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI or a comparable BI platform.\nPractical understanding of supplier KPIs, supplier risk, BOM/MRP, purchasing forecasts and root-cause analysis.\nClear communication, collaborative problem-solving and ownership in a fast-moving environment.\nYOUR EXPERIENCE\n Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain analytics or supply planning; CPG or food manufacturing experience preferred.\nExperience in an established, process-driven supply chain organization, with demonstrated success building or improving operational processes.\nHands-on ERP experience with purchase orders and BOM/MRP (such as Sage, NetSuite or similar).\nExperience working with international suppliers and co-manufacturers; exposure to domestic procurement, import/export considerations, food safety standards, Netstock or APICS certification is a plus.\nAbility to accommodate occasional international supplier calls outside standard hours and periodic supplier travel.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role. Periodic supplier travel may be required.\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThis full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) coverage. The anticipated annual base salary range is $85,000-$105,000. Bonus eligibility, if applicable, will be confirmed during the hiring process. Compensation is determined based on professional background, education, experience, skills and geographic location.
