environment.\nResponsibilities\nOwn and optimize HubSpot Marketing Operations, including workflows, integrations, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaigns, and reporting.\nImprove lead routing, campaign tracking, attribution, and full-funnel reporting.\nManage integrations between HubSpot, databases, and advertising platforms.\nOwn data quality, segmentation, reporting, and database hygiene.\nOptimize partner operations and tracking of partner-sourced pipeline.\nAnalyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\nBuild AI-powered and no-code/low-code automations to streamline processes.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and other teams to improve operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.\nDeep expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, campaigns, integrations, and reporting.\nStrong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads and their connection to HubSpot.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.\nExperience working in a fast-paced SaaS or scale-up environment.\nStrong understanding of the relationship between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.\nFluent English.\nAdvantages\nExperience with Make, n8n, APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.\nExperience with Tableau, AppsFlyer, SEO/AEO.\nBackground in RevOps or HubSpot consulting.\nExperience with AI tools such as Claude Code or
