the ability to explain technical issues clearly, coordinate with cross-functional teams, document decisions, and provide timely status, risk, and escalation updates.\nPreferred Skills:\nCustomer or partner onboarding involving APIs, certificates, and secure connectivity.\nAWS cost and capacity optimisation.\nBackup restoration and disaster-recovery exercises.\nRelevant AWS
