This role would be a great fit for someone who already has hands-on experience working with Jira - for example as a power user, project administrator, key user or in an IT/application support role, and would like to take the next step towards Atlassian administration and engineering.\nThis is an opportunity to move from using Jira to learning how Jira is built and managed behind the scenes. You will work closely with an experienced Atlassian Engineer, gain hands-on administration experience and gradually develop towards an independent Atlassian engineering role.\nWhat you will do:\nHandle day-to-day Jira and Confluence requests.\nTroubleshoot common user and configuration issues.\nSupport access and permission requests.\nHelp with Jira projects, boards, filters and other standard configurations.\nPerform basic configuration changes with guidance.\nTest implemented changes and help investigate reported issues.\nMaintain simple technical documentation.\nEscalate more complex issues when needed.\nAs your knowledge grows, you will gradually take on more independent and technical Atlassian tasks.\nWhat we expect from you:\nHands-on experience working with Jira beyond basic end-user usage - for example as a power user, key user, project administrator or similar.\nGeneral understanding of how Jira projects, issues, workflows, boards and permissions work.\nPrevious experience in IT support, application support, system support or another technical environment.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nInterest in learning Jira and Confluence administration.\nAttention to detail and willingness to learn.\nGood communication skills.\nGood written and spoken English.\nNice to have:\nExperience with Jira Service Management.\nExperience with Confluence.\nJira project administration experience.\nBasic experience with Jira Automation.\nBasic understanding of APIs or JSON.\nWhat we offer:\nWe always have a challenge for those looking for one.
