Behind every delivery there are more than 15,000 professionals who take accountability for results, apply their expertise to solve complex challenges, and collaborate as one team across countries and functions.\nWhat you will do:\nCreate, film, edit and publish engaging video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other Girteka channels;\nFind and develop authentic stories together with drivers, transport base teams, managers and internal experts;\nProduce driver interviews, stories from the road, expert videos and other engaging transport-related content;\nRegularly visit transport bases, connect with drivers and confidently conduct interviews and appear on camera;\nAdapt and localise content for different audiences, primarily in Russian and English, and collaborate with influencers when relevant;\nFollow social media trends, experiment with new formats and use content performance insights to continuously improve results.\nWhat we expect from you:\nRussian language proficiency at C1 level or higher and proficiency in English;\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in multimedia content creation, social media, digital marketing, communications or a similar field;\nStrong hands-on skills in filming, video editing, sound and visual composition, supported by a portfolio of your work;\nStrong understanding of TikTok, Meta and YouTube content, social media trends and video storytelling;\nConfidence both behind and in front of the camera, with strong communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with different people;\nValid Category B driving licence and willingness to regularly travel to Girteka transport bases.\nWhat we offer:\nWe always have a challenge for those looking for one.
