Working closely with business stakeholders and development teams, this role involves understanding how things work today, identifying opportunities to improve, and translating ideas and requirements into clear, actionable specifications. \nYou’ll be involved throughout the product development lifecycle, helping teams stay aligned and making sure the solutions we build work well for both the business and the people who use them. \nA background or experience in compensation and payroll processes is considered a strong advantage, as it will help you quickly understand the business context and contribute to improving related solutions and processes.\nWhat can you expect your day to look like?\nBecome a member of an autonomous cross-functional squad, contributing to business analysis across the full product development lifecycle.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to gather, analyze, and translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.\nEvaluate existing systems, processes, and integrations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and propose improvements.\nWork closely with technical teams daily to track development progress, ensure a clear and shared understanding of requirements, and adapt solutions in response to changing needs.\nSupport and participate in testing activities (integration, user acceptance), ensuring solutions meet business expectations and are ready for release.\nContribute to maintaining clear and structured documentation (e.g., process flows, diagrams), ensuring alignment across stakeholders.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nProven experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, technical specifications, and documentation.\nExperience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and actionable development tasks.\nExperience working in an Agile environment (JIRA, Confluence).\nExperience in process modeling (BPMN 2.0).\nUnderstanding of cross-system integrations (e.g., APIs, event-based), with the ability to assess impacts and collaborate effectively with technical teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.\nProficiency in English (spoken and written).\nWhy should you consider us as your next career step?\nCareer opportunities: Many of our managers started their careers in entry-level positions at Girteka Group.
