If you're not afraid of challenges, ready to grow fast, make decisions, and take ownership, we're a match.\nWe don't limit our designers to just producing videos. We're building a team where people support\neach other, bring their own ideas, shape processes, and own their initiatives from start to finish.\nRequirements:\n1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives\n\nPortfolio showcasing your motion design work (performance marketing video ads are a big plus)\n\nStrong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work: hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs\n\nAbility to ship at high cadence without losing quality\n\nBasic sound design and mixing skills\n\nUpper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English\n\nNice to have:\nHands-on experience with AI video / image / audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney)\n\nllustrator and Figma for static assets\n\nBackground producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives\n\nExperience writing plugins or scripts to automate and optimize your own and your team's workflow\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat\n\nCollaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations\n\nAdapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences\n\nEdit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos\n\nMaintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence, with multiple creatives per week\n\nUse AI-powered tools to speed up production (image/video generation, voice synthesis, asset clean-up) where it makes sense\n\nStay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats\n\nEmployee Benefits:\nRemote-First Culture: Our team is diverse and extensive, just like our product portfolio.
