Responsibilities:
Build and grow strong relationships with partners that translate into new business opportunities and a real competitive edge.
Manage day-to-day communication with our key partners and ensure the relationship runs smoothly.
Stay on top of joint projects, events, and deadlines across multiple partners at the same time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, connecting them with the right people internally.
Structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnership deals from start to finish.
Plan and run partner events and joint initiatives, including summits, workshops, and business reviews.
Identify new partnership opportunities and turn them into long-term value for the company.
Continuously refine and improve how the partnerships function works.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar client/partner-facing role.
Strong operational skills: ability to manage multiple relationships, projects, and deadlines at once without losing track.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold a professional, professional conversations with senior partner contacts.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to drive change and champion new ideas.
Proactive, strong sense of ownership - you don’t wait for things to be assigned, you spot what needs to happen and make it happen.
Would be a plus:
Previous experience working with Google, Meta, TikTok/ByteDance, Apple, or similar tech platforms.
Experience in mobile apps, SaaS, or subscription-based products.
Experience building partnership processes or a partnerships function from scratch.
