At Gitwit, we build, launch, and grow startups from scratch. Our downtown Tulsa studio is home to our core team, founding venture teams, and investors who swing through every week.

We’re on the hunt for an Office Manager who can keep the studio running smoothly. This is a highly visible, hands-on role based at the front desk, with ownership across office operations, hospitality, facilities, workplace technology, and vendor coordination.

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, the person our team relies on when something in the office needs attention, and the steady hand behind the systems and routines that keep everything moving.

Your Mission:

Create a welcoming, well-run workplace where people can do their best work, guests feel cared for, and everyday office needs are handled before they become distractions.
