The person will be responsible for marketing strategy, innovation projects management & reactive marketing support for beverage sub- categories.\nSounds interesting? In this exciting role you will be responsible for:\nDevelop strategic short, long term category innovation plans and drive timely execution in focus sub-categories.\nDevelop in depth understanding and knowledge of the market, industry dynamics, competitive positioning and consumer understanding to effectively manage the innovation projects.\nUnderstand customers’ brand and formulate brand relevant concepts and to translate consumer & sensory insights into customers’ business for sustainable growth.\nIdentify new opportunities of growth by leveraging organisation’s tools, technologies, and expertise. Then come to join us - and impact your world.\nYour professional profile includes:\nBSc in Food technology, Chemistry and/or Marketing, MBA or formal business training/certification is of an advantage\nMinimum 5 years’ experience, with previous experience in either marketing or sales in B2B food ingredient/additive companies or FMCG (bakery industry related experience is preferred)\nStrong ability to manage projects in a matrix organization.
