Human by nature.\nDairy Application Intern - Your future position?\nLocation: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8\nReporting to: Senior Application Technologist\nCore Responsibilities\nDairy Product Application\nSupport in developing innovative product formats/concepts for beverages, exploring different flavors and ingredients.\nIndependently work on innovation projects (Dairy and Plant based) under the supervision of Sr Application Technologist.\nSupport in conducting evaluations of demos/market samples and record the data in relevant database\nSupport in entering application recipes in our database, when needed.\nTo apply flavours into different dairy end products for evaluations\nUse of dairy equipments in the lab with proper training\nTo support in shelf-life monitoring tests of dairy samples\nUpkeep of flavour library\nStability Testing(when needed)\nPrepare stability test prototypes\nSupport collection of stability dataTaking consistent photos of the prototypes in the photobox.\nEditing photos to be presented in the report.\n\nPrepare reports\nCollection Review\nSupport collection reviews by applying flavours into simple bases, participating in sensory evaluation sessions of market products and flavour samples, as well as conducting sensory mapping and data analysis.\nLab Maintenance\nMaintains the inventory list of raw materials, flavors and finished products.\nEnsure that items are replenished and within shelflife.\nMaintain a clean laboratory environment following EHS policies and good\nlaboratory practices.\nFinal Presentation & Report\nPresent the learnings, Projects outcome with demos to the key stakeholders at the end of the contract period.\nPrepare report with all the technical records on the innovation projects handled.\nMain Requirements\nDegree in Food Science or Chemistry\nAble to commit to internship as a semester requirement (this opportunity is not open to summer internships)\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nWe value the different perspectives that come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.\nEveryone - regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, culture, religion, or any personal circumstances - is warmly welcomed at Givaudan, a place where we all love to be and grow.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.
