Human by nature.\nEHS Specialist I, your future position?\nAs an EHS Specialist, you will be under the leadership of EHS Manager giving support on one or more EHS specializations, promoting the EHS culture across the organization.\nThis position will be based 100% on site at our Devon, Florence site.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nSupport Management and operations staff for internal/external regulatory compliance\nStay abreast with EHS regulations and apply knowledge to projects and daily tasks\nWith authorities related to Environment, Health and Safety; reporting to EHS Manager any clue of authority concerns\nLead incident, injury and complaint investigations and propose corrective actions to be implemented\nEvaluate regulatory permitting requirements and submit permit applications to applicable agencies\nDevelop compliance training and documentation and conduct EHS trainings\nFacilitate tool box meeting and deliver other EHS training\nParticipate on the development of EHS procedures, recommend changes and tracking their implementation\nOrganize and participate in regular site safety inspection with department/area owners; report findings and follow up their correction&prevention\nFollow up all audits findings; and evaluate the effectiveness of their corrective and preventive actions\nHelp on organizing site EHS committee meetings and following up all actions agreed in the committee meeting\nHelp on risk assessment and provide solutions to minimize risks\nYou?\nYour professional profile includes:\nDegree in Science/Engineering, or EHS field\nAt least 1 year of working experience in similar EHS roles.\nAppropriate country EHS qualification/certifications\nExpertise in environmental area is a plus.\nBenefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans, tuition reimbursement, high matching 401k\nGivaudan takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications/certifications and education, and internal equity.\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nYou work within an inspiring teamwork culture - where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.\nDiversity of perspectives fuels innovation and fosters deeper connections with our employees, customers, and partners.
