Human by nature.\nJob Purpose\nAls EHS Specialist leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer sicheren, rechtskonformen und nachhaltigen Arbeitsumgebung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften, operativen Teams und EHS-Ansprechpartnern unterstützen Sie die Einhaltung von Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards und treiben die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitskultur am Standort voran.\nSie werden:\nDie leitende Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit sowie die Betriebsteams bei der Einhaltung interner und externer Vorschriften unterstützen.\nAktuelle EHS-Vorgaben und gesetzliche Anforderungen verfolgen und Ihr Wissen aktiv in Projekte und tägliche Aufgaben einbringen.\nUntersuchungen von Vorfällen und Meldungen leiten sowie Korrekturmaßnahmen empfehlen, dokumentieren und nachverfolgen.\nEHS-Schulungen entwickeln, durchführen und die zugehörige Dokumentation pflegen.\nGelegentlich an Schulungen und Trainings innerhalb der EMEA-Region teilnehmen.\nBei Bedarf EHS-Meetings moderieren.\nRegelmäßige Sicherheitsbegehungen in den Abteilungen durchführen, Ergebnisse dokumentieren und Maßnahmen nachverfolgen.\nAudit-Feststellungen verfolgen und die Wirksamkeit von Korrektur- und Präventionsmaßnahmen bewerten.\nDie Organisation von ASA-Sitzungen am Standort unterstützen.\nFührungskräfte bei Gefährdungsbeurteilungen unterstützen und Lösungen zur Risikominimierung erarbeiten.\nMonatliche EHS-Kennzahlen erfassen und berichten.\nSie bringen mit:\nEin abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Umwelttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Techniker, Meister) ist wünschenswert.\nEine zwingend erforderliche Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit der BG RCI gemäß §7 ASiG.\nGrundwissen über das Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz oder die Bereitschaft, dieses zu erlangen.\nMindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit in der Chemie-, Fertigungsindustrie oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.\nSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau in beiden Sprachen).\nGute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und SAP.\nEine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nWe value the different perspectives that come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.\nEveryone - regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, culture, religion, or any personal circumstances - is warmly welcomed at Givaudan, a place where we all love to be and grow.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.
