Human by nature.\nAs a Regional HR Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective, consistent, and compliant delivery of HR services activities across the region. To drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and build a high-performing HR Services team that delivers a seamless and positive employee experience. The position bridges global HR strategy and regional execution - ensuring that HR Services support business needs, foster efficiency, standardization, and continuously improve service quality while adapting to local requirements.\nYou will be reporting to the Global HR Services Lead, and will be based in our Petaling Jaya office.\nIn this exciting role, you will:\nOversee end-to-end HR service delivery across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance\nMonitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality; drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes\nCollaborate with local HR teams, HR Business Partners, GSEs to provide seamless employee support\nLead and develop the regional HR Services team, building capability, engagement, and performance excellence\nManage escalations, resolve complex HR issues, and maintain strong relationships with country HR Directors/Managers\nEnsure data security, audit compliance, and adherence to local and global policies\nOversee workforce and succession planning in the regional HR Services Team to ensure talent readiness and business continuity/ organizational growth/ stable operational activities\nAnticipates stakeholder needs and delivers exceptional customer experience across the region.\n\nBuilds trust and partnerships across functions and countries to enable effective regional operations\n\nDelivers on commitments and ensures the team meets defined performance standards and deadlines.
