Human by nature.\nLogistics Intern - Your future position?\nAs the Logistics Intern , you will assist with various shipping and warehouse tasks including import shipment clearance monitoring, documentation preparation, administrative tasks, and more. You will be based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka and will be reporting to Assistant Supply Chain Manager.\nSounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:\nSupport import shipment clearance monitoring, documentation completion, and submission in Shipping.\nAid in preparing import shipment documentation for HS Code classification challenges by MY Custom within Shipping.\nAssist with shipping administrative tasks such as updating reports, validating invoices, and maintaining records in Shipping.\nHelp sort hardcopy shipping documents for duty drawback processes in Shipping.\nSupport document filing and maintenance for audits and update team boards in Shipping & Warehouse.\nAssist in creating SOPs, OPLs, and workflows for new warehouses after Manager review in Warehouse.\nAid in uploading and updating audit closure evidence in Warehouse.\nSupport Warehouse Supervisor in conducting training for newcomers in both Shipping & Warehouse.\nYou?\nAre you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
