We are Givaudan. Human by nature.\nAs a Marketing Manager, you will develop marketing strategies and programs that support fragrance development, customer projects, and business growth. You will analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and product launches to identify opportunities and guide fragrance concepts. You will also collaborate with Sales, Evaluation, and Development teams to deliver customer presentations, marketing initiatives, and category insights.\nYour Title: Marketing Manager\nYour Location: East Hanover, NJ\nYou Will Report To: Gallery & Business Transformation Director\nYour Responsibilities\nPartner with Sales and Evaluation teams to support customer projects and establish fragrance direction for customer briefs.\n\nDevelop customer presentations and marketing concepts aligned with client business strategies and market opportunities.\n\nAnalyze consumer behavior, market trends, and product categories to identify insights that support business development.\n\nLead marketing programs and initiatives that address customer needs and support fragrance development.\n\nResearch consumer trends, competitive activity, and new product launches to identify opportunities across assigned categories.\n\nConduct market and category gap analyses to support business development strategies for customers and brands.\n\nDevelop marketing concepts and sensory presentation approaches to communicate fragrance positioning and product benefits.\n\nCommunicate marketing programs, research findings, and category insights to commercial and development teams.\n\nYour Professional Profile Includes\nUniversity degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n6+ years of experience in marketing or a related function within the fragrance or consumer products industry.\n\nProficiency in Canva for developing marketing presentations, visual content, and creative materials.\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of the U.S. fragrance market across key categories, including fine fragrance, personal care, home fragrance, and air care. This knowledge included understanding of consumer preferences, emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.\n\nExperience using AI-powered tools to support market research, content development, data analysis, and marketing initiatives.\n\nExperience developing and executing marketing strategies, programs, and customer presentations.\n\nKnowledge of fragrance products, consumer trends, market dynamics, and customer categories.\n\nExperience analyzing consumer insights, market research, and competitive activity to support business decisions.\n\nExperience developing fragrance concepts and marketing initiatives based on consumer and category insights.\n\nExperience managing projects within established timelines and budgets.\n\nExperience collaborating with Sales, Evaluation, Development, and other cross-functional teams.\n\nExperience mentoring or guiding junior team members.\n\nAbility to travel domestically for customer meetings and industry trade shows.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe established salary range for this position is $115,000-$150,000k.Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications.
