Human by nature.\nProduction Planner - Your future position?\nAs a Production Planner, you will be mainly responsible for planning and scheduling production orders for manufacturing facility to achieve and maintain KPI targets (OTIF/OTAR , golden rules/best practices, SLOB, etc.). Based in our 6th Ocotber City (Cairo) site, you will report directly to the Planning Manager.\nIn this exciting role, you will:\nFollow the parameterization in SAP.\nIdentify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to ensure an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards.\nEnsure customer (internal and external) response on time, managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability (MRP).\nWork under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for improvement.\nTrack production orders and escalate problems.\nCommunicate and interact with relevant departments and business partners in order to solve issues.\nAchieve and maintain service level targets.\nObsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment).\nReview customer orders for raw materials resale demands.\nResolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required.\nProduce daily, weekly and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute.\nReceive and record vendor confirmations, file purchase order documents, other duties as required.
