You will provide support by controlling and coordinating production operations within a specific area or section of a plant. This is to ensure that intermediate or finished fragrances products are delivered according to established production specifications, schedules, quality, safety, and service standards.\nLocation: Mt. Olive, NJ\nWork Schedule: This is a first-shift position, from 06:30 am to 03:30 pm. Tuesday to Saturday.\nSalary expectation based on technical experience: 87,000.00 - 120,000 usd \nIn this exciting role you will work with:\nProduction Management\nPerform the assigned production area to meet the production schedules and targets.\n\nControl inventory to ensure the availability of materials required for the operation.\n\nMonitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, to meet production specifications and use resources.\n\nProtect plant assets and the implementation of internal control regulations.\n\nIdentify and resolve performance problems through preparing production reports.\n\nProduction Processes\nDefine manufacturing processes and procedures for a specific area following safety, EHS,Quality standards and efficiency/productivity requirements.\n\nPropose ideas for the continuous improvement program in the area.\n\nTake care on necessary capacity improvements to fulfill the demand evolution and prevent new asset investments.\n\nOwner of Continuous Improvement program roll out and Team/Board meetings.\n\nPeople Management\nManage staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated, safely.
