Human by nature.\nAs a Quality Assurance Intern (m/f/d), you will directly report to our Quality Assurance Manager, and you will join our Quality Assurance Department in Vernier (Switzerland) for minimum 6 months.\nIn this paid internship, you will work in a stimulating and collaborative environment where your proactivity will be valued. You will also have the chance to develop competencies in cosmetic GMPs and broaden your understanding of Quality Systems.\nIn this exciting role you will:\nRedesign existing GMP risk assessments, and continue working on process risks that could affect Quality (with a focus on the distillation area).\n\nReview shopfloor practices against GMP requirements: identify any gaps, raise alerts, and propose improvements.\n\nMaintain the current dashboard of Quality Indicators in Power BI, automate data collection, and improve the content to match operational needs (using SAP, Microsoft tools).\n\nHelp coordinate the cleaning validation program and propose actions in case of deviations or failures.\n\nOccasionally participate in the daily tasks of the Quality Assurance Manager (e.g., deviation and complaint management, audit preparation and participation).\n\nHelp create short training videos illustrating GMP rules.\n\nYour success profile includes:\nPursuing university studies (a convention de stage/university agreement is mandatory) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.\n\nCompetency in Data Sciences required.\n\nGenuine interest in learning on the shopfloor.\n\nFrench language mandatory, knowledge of written English language.\n\nA curious and rigorous mindset.\n\nComfortable with computer tools (Microsoft Office, SAP), and handling data collection and analysis (statistics).\n\nOur Benefits:\nCompany shop\n\nSport and leisure clubs\n\nStaff restaurant\n\nCorporate Mobility Plan\n\nThis is a hybrid remote/in-office role.\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nWe value the different perspectives that come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.\nEveryone - regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, culture, religion, or any personal circumstances - is warmly welcomed at Givaudan, a place where we all love to be and grow.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.
