You will oversee daily material planning activities for raw materials to make sure our product can be manufactured without interruption and supplied on time to our customers. You will ensure material availability upon production, minimize write-offs and optimize inventory levels. Partner with other departments to optimize and deliver KPIs and streamline processes. You will functionally lead and mentor the Raw Material planning team and be a subject matter expert on raw material planning.\nLocation: Mt Olive, NJ.\nSalary expectation based on technical experience: $86,000 - 115,000\nIn this exciting role you will work on:\nKey Results areas:\nPlan/Schedule that is 100% executable and following productivity targets to meet production plan\nInventory levels meet company targets\nSupply Chain Write-off levels meet budget\nService to customers meet all set targets\n\nReview procurement requirements in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure on time customer response times, raw material availability and minimal waste\nRelease purchase requisitions for raw materials following MOQ (minimum order quantities) and lead time to help on-time completion of manufacturing requirements.
