Human by nature.\nReceptionist and Workshop Host Intern - Your future position?\nWe're looking for a Receptionist & Workshop Host Intern to support office operations, internal communications, and corporate events.\nYou will go beyond traditional reception tasks, combining workplace coordination, employee support, creative projects, and event management in an international corporate environment.\nIn this exciting role, you will:\nBe the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners.\n\nManage visitor registration, parking arrangements, and general office operations.\n\nCoordinate with our teams and external service providers to resolve workplace-related requests.\n\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, including access cards, system profiles, documentation, and company assets.\n\nMaintain employee records, trackers, and administrative documentation.\n\nHelp with occupational health administration and other employee-related processes.\n\nHelp organize corporate events, workshops, employee celebrations, and office visits.\n\nCoordinate event logistics, including bookings, catering, materials, and partner communication.\n\nHelp create engaging experiences for employees and visitors.\n\nCreate and publish internal announcements and update intranet content.\n\nPrepare posters, presentations, and other visual materials for internal projects.\n\nSupport communication campaigns and projects that enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.\n\nManage recurring administrative processes, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports .\n\nCoordinate ongoing tasks and follow-ups while adapting to changing office priorities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nActive Hungarian college/university studies for at least another year\n\nFluency in English and Hungarian\n\nAt least 20 working hours / week availability\n\nAn interest in office management, internal communications, event coordination, and creative projects.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nHourly-based salary (gross 2400 HUF/gross)\n\nWe have employee shop opportunities (Unilever, perfumes)\n\nWe offer learning possibilities (trainings)\n\nCompany events\n\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nWe value the different perspectives that come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.\nEveryone - regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, culture, religion, or any personal circumstances - is warmly welcomed at Givaudan, a place where we all love to be and grow.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.
