Human by nature.\nRegional EHS Director SAMEA - Your future position?\nPurpose\nThe Regional EHS Director SAMEA is responsible for ensuring effective management of the EHS aspects within the region. Functionally manage (dotted line) local EHS Managers of the region. Promote the behavioural driven EHS culture, ensure robust EHS Risks management and grow the EHS team across the operations and commercial sites.\nCore Responsibilities:\nEHS Strategy\nRegional implementation of 2030 Global EHS strategies built around 3 main pillars: Leadership & personal accountability / Risk management and compliance / Career and capabilities\n\nLead global strategic initiatives as part of the Extended Global EHS leadership team\n\nRisk Management & compliance\nExpertise in process safety management and occupational safety programs for manufacturing environments involving combustible dust, flammable and combustible materials, and complex chemical and industrial processes\n\nRegional deployment of appropriate EHS management systems, standards and tools\n\nEnsure EHS documentation within the region is up to date\n\nManage EHS auditing/certifications and assurance program\n\nEnsure regional EHS legal compliance to Givaudan and statutory directives\n\nVerify corrective actions, as a results of incidents investigations, are documented and implemented in an efficient way\n\nTrack, review and take necessary action to drive continual EHS improvement\n\nEnable EHS best practice exchanges and knowledge sharing between sites\n\nManage EHS performance within the region and ensure KPIs reporting is complete and accurate\n\nManage Environmental Sustainability reporting in the region\n\nLeadership and EHS culture\nCultivate and communicate compelling EHS vision\n\nIngrain the right EHS culture and ensure the deployment of Human and Organizational Performance across all sites.\n\nInfluence the business organization and gain buy-in from key stakeholders\n\nTeam development\nManage/optimize the regional EHS organisation to deliver added value to the organisation\n\nProvide the leadership and talent development of the regional EHS team through a functional reporting line.\n\nEnsure adequate EHS staffing and knowledge at each site\n\nYou?\nAre you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
