The RAPS team ensures that suitable policies and tools are established worldwide at Givaudan, allowing consumers to enjoy and experience products of the highest quality, compliant with both regulations and their expectations.\nWe are looking to expand our LATAM Fragrances RAPS team and are hiring a 'Regulatory Data Analyst II ' who will Manage, update and analyze regulatory data in order to ensure the most current and reliable data are available in company's systems, according to corporate guidelines, relevant regulations and business objectives.\nBased in our Sao Paulo office and reporting to the Global RICS Data Integrity Director, we offer exciting opportunities for personal and professional development.\nIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for:\nRegulatory Data Management\nBe a global regulatory data management/system resource for regulatory and safety data in Quality Management System (QMS) and SAP.\nReview new industry regulations and customer requirements into systems (norm creations).\nMaintain QMS and SAP including launching data cleansing and developing data audits.\nAnalyze/manipulate data, which may be of a complex regulatory nature (Impact Assessments) and may include summarizing results and making recommendations to management or customer.\nSupport data integrity function by collecting, organizing and validating (via regulatory databases, customer questionnaire) the reliability of data from suppliers, internal customers, literature, and analyses\nParticipate in global data projects related to regulatory, toxicology or product safety.\nParticipate in systems developments and upgrade related to regulatory activity\nCommunicate with global important partners in Regulatory, Toxicology, Formula Management, Operations and Purchasing regarding changes that could impact data management activities.\nTrain junior department staff members\nYou - Your professional profile includes:\nUniversity / Bachelor's Degree in scientific or technical area\n3+ years of regulatory and industry experience\nGood English\nExperience with data and database management and systems administration\nKnowledge of global chemical inventories (e.g. TSCA, REACH, EINECS/ELINCS, DSL/NDSL)\nKnowledge of data criticality.\nFamiliarity of local, state and federal regulations and Department of Transportation and Foreign Trade Zone requirements.\nDemonstrate skill in database management (e.g. SQL, Microsoft Access)\nOur Benefits:\nMedical and Dental plan for you and your dependents;\nPrivate Pension Plan;\nLife Insurance;\nOn-site restaurant;\nFree Parking or Charter or Transportation Voucher;\nGymPass;\nDaycare Assistance (for women with children up to 5 years and 11 months);\nPharmacy Assistance (medicine paid through payroll);\nEmployee Assistance Program - specialized assistance and guidance in legal, psychological, financial, and social matters - 100% Confidential.\nAt Givaudan, we value diversity and believe that a variety of perspectives enhances our workplace.
