Human by nature.\nRegulatory Manager - Your future position?\nAs the Regulatory Manager, you will lead and manage a local regulatory personnel in order to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, according to relevant laws and corporate guidelines, and you will be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.\nSounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:\nRegulatory Policy\nManage and direct local Regulatory Staff to provide external and internal customers and regional regulatory bodies with con\u0002sistent and compliant product safety and legislative expertise\nIdentify early regulatory and legislative issues that impact the business\nAdvise the business on risks due to safety or regulatory developments\nInterpret and ensure compliance with laws and regulations resulting in reduced liability\nCoordinate product stewardship\nProcesses & Systems\nDevelop and execute systems infrastructure to support key regulatory compliance and safety initiatives through coordinationwith global RAPS and Model Office initiatives\n\nEnsure integrity of regulatory database as well as protection of regional intellectual property\nExternal Relations\nRepresent Givaudan at trade association providing the company position on issues\nDevelop and maintain relationships across relevant local and international organisations.\nKeep Givaudan abreast of emerging Governmental & Regulatory agency requirements and legislation.\nSupport Givaudan’s regulatory positioning with the relevant Governmental & Regulatory agencies when different opinionsemerge\n\nPeople Management\nPro-actively trains junior team members and new hires\nYou?\nAre you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
