Human by nature.\n* This is a temporary position (8 months)\nPurpose: The main role is to support administrative tasks related to the Sales team.\nCore Responsibilities:\nInternal support: \nInternal cross-functional end-to-end communication centre for customers.\nGenerate requested reports or update data in the system for Key Account Managers (KAMs).\nOnboarding new KAMs for system training. \nSystem support:\nMaintain new and existing customer master data in the system.\nResponsible for generating regulatory documents (e.g. SDS, halal certification, product specifications, etc.) for customers upon request.\nSupport new item quotations in the system; prepare quotation letters for customers and maintain an updated quotation database for customers for existing items (when Sales is on leave/ on business trip).\nCustomer support:\nCustomer contact point for document requests, all flavours legislation matters (raw material questionnaires, etc.).\nCustomer visit preparation\nManaging & monitoring the customer portal (If requested). \nRequirements:\nDiploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related majors\nOpen to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience\nGood English communication\nClear written and verbal communication\nProficient with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel\nPossess initiative, proactivity, and ability to multitask\nDemonstrate ability to learn quickly and openness to learning\nGood organisational and project management skills\nAble to handle highly confidential information.\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nWe value the different perspectives that come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.\nEveryone - regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, culture, religion, or any personal circumstances - is warmly welcomed at Givaudan, a place where we all love to be and grow.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.
