Human by nature.\nSampling Co-ordinator, Ranjangaon - Your future Position?\nIn this role, you will assists with timely sample support to customers for the day to day operations of the Flavor Sampling Laboratory.\nCore Responsibilities:\nComply with good safety practices and PPE requirements\nOperate systems (SAP, LCMS, Atlas) to access customer free of cost orders, products/ingredients stock availability and prepare shipments.\nEnsure schedule for Production planning on the given priority , coordination with QC & Flavorist on resolving quality processing aspects \nFollow through appropriate corrective actions, assist in resolving any formulation issue with the creator\nEnsure availability of required raw materials for timely batch execution and monitor stock rotation\nMaintain optimum finished goods (FG) inventory levels to fulfill sample requests within the defined lead time\nBuild and replenish finished goods stock based on historical demand trends to ensure product availability \nContinuously monitor inventory levels, shelf life, and consumption patterns to optimize stock utilization, reduce waste and support sampling operations\nProvide logistics support to the Sampling dispatch organization with regards to couriering and delivery of samples\nGather ordered samples and control that encapsulation, containers/dispensers, product labels, and packaging comply with Product Safety and transport regulations\nMonitor sample stocks and product rotation and dispose of obsolete materials.\nLiaise with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Commercial to solve customer complaints related\nBasic understanding for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance & CI ( Continuous improvement) initiatives, 5S and lean methodogies \nYou\nIf you possess strong data driven and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an interest in working in a creative industry then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.\nYour professional profile includes:\nGraduated in food technology/ Chemical/ Pharma with 2 to 3 years, experience in Chemical/Pharma industry in Production/QC/R&D Lab with good communication skills\n2 to 3 years of experience in Food/Chemical/Pharma in a manufacturing environment\nGood knowledge of MS Office.\nGood knowledge of product safety and transportation regulations.\nGood command in SAP.\n\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nWe value the different perspectives that come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.\nEveryone - regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, culture, religion, or any personal circumstances - is warmly welcomed at Givaudan, a place where we all love to be and grow.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.
