Human by nature.\nSenior Creative Fragrance Manager at Givaudan - Your future position?\nAs a Senior Creative Fragrance Manager (Senior CFM) in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will actively cooperate with Perfumers and creative centres on a global level, as well as interpret marketing knowledge and technical expertise, to assist customers in developing successful olfactory strategies, according to business principles and best practices.\nAs a Senior CFM you will:\nFragrance Development\nDevelop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category and guide perfumery teams accordingly.\nTake global responsibility for brands and/or categories.\nManage/execute multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines.\nLiaise with other regional creative centres, as necessary, to complete project assignments.\nDefine fragrances to be tested and coordinate with CMR.\nTranslate CMR results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers.\nParticipate in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development.\nDevelop new fragrances with perfumers on a pro-active basis.\nWork with lab on testing product stability.\nFollow and understand the Best Practices (JANA)\nIndustry & Marketing\nAnticipate market tastes; work closely with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation.\nWrite olfactory summaries of a region/market and customer for knowledge-building & sharing.\nConduct customer presentations/interactions.\nDemonstrate consistent track records of new wins.\nYou?\nAre you someone with a strong analytical mind and a nose for success?
