Human by nature.\n\nSustainability Data Solutions Analyst - Your future position?\nAs a Sustainability Data Solutions Analyst in our Budapest office you will deliver high quality solutions and manage sustainability data, linked to Sustainability programmes (with a focus on Responsible Sourcing), to enable the acceleration and scaling up of the Sustainability team strategic agenda by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.\nIn this role you will directly report to the Sustainabilty Solutions Manager.\nMain responsibilities:\nDeliver sustainability solutions and manage / administer data related to Sustainability programmes\nDeliver high quality Sustainability solutions (in adherence with agreed processes, tools, performance indicators)\nManage and execute process documentation content maintenance (e.g. SOPs)\nAnalyse data in order to identify, raise and contribute to process continuous improvements\nProvide inputs to regular status updates for internal stakeholders and follow up / update action plans\nParticipate in programs and projects with relevant subject matter experts/owners within the Global Sustainability team and sponsors/SMEs from other Givaudan functions\nPerform other duties and manage ad-hoc projects\nSustainability programmes\nSupport the planning and delivery of selected workstreams within sustainability programmes, in agreement and collaboration with the Sustainability team stakeholders (for example: support of the due diligence questionnaire management for the Sourcing4Good programme\nData management and maintenance\nMaintain data records within digital solutions, linked to specific data workstreams within Sustainability programmes through collaboration with key sustainability and other functional stakeholders\nData and trend analysis\nAnalyze data linked to Sustainability programmes to identify trends and provide insights, which lead to continuous improvement proposals\nReporting\nProvide content and data for stakeholder requests and Givaudan’s annual reporting\nParticipate in annual external auditing activities, with external auditors, in order to obtain external assurance\nDigital solutions\nCollaborate with Sustainability Excellence, the Sustainability team and IT in order to contribute to the implementation of IT solutions\nParticipate in testing activities of sustainability IT platforms (UAT environment) and provide go-live support\nProvide operational support and training to users of Sustainability IT platforms (e.g. support to Procurement Category Managers or our suppliers on the platforms we use)\nYou Have:\nUniversity degree (an education background in Sustainabilty would be an asset)\nAt least 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in the field of Sustainability or Data analysis\n\nFluent English level\n\nSolid knowledge of MS office\n\nAdvanced data analytical skills \nProgramming language knowledge woul be beneficial\nOur benefits for you:\nFlexible Working Arrangements (1-2 days office days per week)\nPrivate Health Insurance\nMonthly cafeteria plan\nTravel reimbursement when commuting from out of Budapest urban area\nAccess to exclusive perfumes and other employee discounts\nRecognition and referral programs\nCareer development opportunities in our multinational environment\nTeam buildings and company events\nLearning programs to develop your soft and hard skills\nFree coffee and tea in our equipped kitchen\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nWe value the different perspectives that come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.\nEveryone - regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, culture, religion, or any personal circumstances - is warmly welcomed at Givaudan, a place where we all love to be and grow.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.
