Human by nature.\nTechnology Development Engineer - Your future position?\nPurpose\nWe are looking for a highly motivated Technology Development Engineer to join our Fragrance & Beauty team, in S&T Delivery Systems department. This role is responsible for leading the development, scale-up, and industrialization of innovative delivery system technologies, transforming concepts into robust manufacturing solutions that create value for our customers and business.\nYou will collaborate closely with Creation, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to optimize processes, support scale-up activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, sustainability, and operational excellence objectives.\nMain Responsibilities\nTechnology Development & Industrialization\nLead the development, optimization, and industrialization of fragrance delivery system technologies.\nSupport manufacturing scale-up and technology transfer activities.\nDrive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProject & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate and prioritization sample-making activities to ensure fast delivery with quality.\nManage multiple technical projects and priorities to ensure timely delivery of development milestones.\nManage technical projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.\nContribute to automation, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians and junior team members.\nFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.\nYou?\nAre you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
