Human by nature.\nOverall Mission:\nEnsure effective execution of road transportation operations across assigned APAC manufacturing sites.\nServe as the primary regional coordination and escalation point for transportation execution activities, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence.\nSupport the Road Hub Manager in driving transportation performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMain Responsibilities:\nAct as the main point of contact for road transportation execution and shipment management for assigned APAC sites.\nCoordinate transportation operations and resolve critical transportation exceptions, service disruptions, and urgent shipment requests.\nManage inbound and outbound delivery execution through SAP and Track & Trace systems, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.\nOwn the maintenance of inbound transportation lead times for APAC sites, working closely with Regional Transport Managers (RTMs) and 4PL partners to ensure accurate planning parameters and alignment with transportation network requirements.\nMonitor transportation data quality, shipment visibility and reporting accuracy.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing transportation performance, identifying process improvement opportunities, and implementing sustainable solutions to enhance service, efficiency, and compliance.\nDevelop shipment volume forecasts and coordinate capacity planning with logistics service providers.\nCoordinate transportation master data maintenance with local transport managers and data management teams.\nReview transportation performance, support carrier performance reviews, and drive service improvements with logistics service providers.\nReview and validate freight invoices, including assessment of carrier surcharge and additional cost requests.\nEnsure compliance with Givaudan transportation processes, policies, and governance requirements.\nCoordinate logistics complaints, transportation returns, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.\nProactively manage transportation risks associated with seasonal demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, weather disruptions, and other operational challenges.\nBuild effective relationships with internal stakeholders, manufacturing sites, carriers, and logistics partners to support business objectives.\nYour Professional Profile Includes:\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations within a regional or multinational environment.\nBusiness proficiency in English and relevant local language(s)\nStrong SAP and transportation management systems knowledge.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.\nWhat We Offer\nHybrid work arrangement promoting flexibility and balance.\nBest-in-class benefits package and competitive compensation within a supportive, progressive environment.\nContinuous learning and professional development opportunities.\nA creative, collaborative, and inclusive team culture that fosters innovation and engagement.\nComprehensive healthcare coverage to support your overall well-being. \n*LI-Y\nAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.\nWe value the different perspectives that come from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.\nEveryone - regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, culture, religion, or any personal circumstances - is warmly welcomed at Givaudan, a place where we all love to be and grow.\nEvery essence of you enriches our world.
