This role is tied to the Tru Hue initiative.\nKey Responsibilities: \nCreate and maintain Item Master, Raw material, packaging materials, WIP (Work in progress) Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings.\nEnsures Finished Good setup are accurately entered in Visual ERP and maintain the process to ensure ongoing data quality and integrity.\nLeverage problem-solving skill to rectify issues to ensure ongoing data integrity. Build direct communication and strong relationship with the stakeholders to ensure business objective is met.\nPerform and/or coordinate data validation, quality assurance, user interface verification activities related to data extraction.\nMaintain accurate Item information through data validation.\nAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can be used in improve business process and decision making.\nPrepare and / or update operating procedure and other related documentations to support maintaining and cleansing the data.\nThe Recipe for Success: \nCompletion of bachelor’s degree in information technology or business administration\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience supporting an enterprise ERP or MDM solution\nExperience in Master Data Management or Data Governance\nExperience working on Visual or other ERP system\nStrong proficiency with Excel; additional tool expertise such as SQL, Power BI is a bonus\nDetail oriented, incredibly organized and process driven\nCommunicate effectively and timely with Team and Stakeholders\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information according to the set standards (SOC2)\nCommunicate effectively and timely with Team and Stakeholders\nWhat we can offer: \nAs we grow, we are committed to preserving the parts of our diversity & culture that is unique, people-focused and are core to our success at every size.
