to medium-sized technical projects in Give & Go’s manufacturing plants as a part of the Engineering team\nExecution encompasses the investigation, creation of solutions, sourcing equipment, managing assigned work packages in accordance with the company’s design specifications, performance targets and governing laws, codes and regulations\n 25% / 100%\n3\nContinuously learn and develop the technical, project management and leadership skills needed to support a wide range of projects across the areas of Product Development, Continuous Improvement and Asset Maintenance\nGain the experience and competence required to progress to executing larger projects\n25% / 100%\nKey Responsibilities (Safety)\nKey Responsibility\n1\nFollow company’s health and safety program, rules and procedures and work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and codes \n2\nReport all incidents, injuries, illnesses, and near misses to your Supervisor \n3\nUse or wear safety equipment and personal protective equipment required by the company \n4\nReport to supervisor any hazardous or unsafe conditions, absence or defects in equipment and any contravention of health and safety legislation \nFood Safety Responsibilities\nIndicate any food safety responsibilities as per the local requirements, as well as noting if a trained backup is required.\n1\nEnsures food safety and food quality programs and procedures and applicable requirements of the SQF system is fully implemented and are followed at all times\n2\nEnsures there is a trained and competent backup on key field\nExperience\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in Engineering, preferably in the Food Manufacturing industry\nPrevious experience procuring and installing production equipment\nCertifications / Designations\nCompletion of P.Eng, EIT or equivalent\nJob-Specific Knowledge and Skills\nHighly organized and results oriented, with the ability to grasp general scientific and engineering principles.\nStrong analytical skills including troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills to effectively lead teams to quickly identify issues, causes and sustainable corrective actions\nMust be
