The position will be responsible for posting daily cheques, generate DR/CR notes, processing direct deposits and entering data in the ERP system. \n\nKey Responsibilities: \nPrepare routine AR batch entries and posts cash receipts transactions to subledger \nProcess customer deductions and obtain relevant approvals and generate required debit / credit notes \nProcess accounts receivable chargebacks \nContact customers for payments and follow-up on issues. \nPerform periodic reconciliations on Major customer accounts \nRequired to provide effective and timely issue resolution pertaining to invoices and credits and to follow up as required \nIn-depth knowledge and understanding of AR control accounts, ledger entries, etc. \nStrong comprehension of the corporate environment and confidentiality \nHigh degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity \nSound judgement and good analytical skills, as well as excellent research skills \nAbility to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment\nQualifications & Experience: \nCompletion of college diploma or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field of study \nMinimum 2 years of previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role\nExperience working with SAP ERP systems (including modules related to production, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing processes) is strongly preferred.
