They will be required to manage all aspects of the dough creation and ensure the correct temperatures are used and storage process is followed. Shift: Night (11 PM to 7 AM)\nDuties and Responsibilities \nObtains and reviews all documentation for making batches. \nResponsible for filling up the tags with all the required information for the Dough Racks. \nEnsure proper and safe operation of the equipment including cleaning and inspection of equipment. \nResponsible for ensuring work area is clean and free of hazards \nResponsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety. \nRegularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications \nResponsible for coordinating with the Line Operator. \nEnsure the racks are taken following FIFO. \nResponsible for managing space in the freezer according to instructions. \nMay be required to use thermometers or other instruments to monitor process. \nEnsures production schedule is being followed at all times.\nRecipe for Success: \nCompletion of high school education or equivalent \n1-3 years of manufacturing experience \nFood manufacturing experience an asset \nA Few Extra Ingredients: \nComputer competency. Gets up to speed quickly on machine controls, SPC data entry or other data entry requirements. \nFast paced environment in an automated, high-speed manufacturing facility \nStrong team skills.
