Outreach Coordinator

Are you a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and helping people? Giving Home Health Care is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to drive patient growth and expand our presence throughout the Las Vegas area!

In this highly visible role, you will serve as a community ambassador for Giving Home Health Care, building strategic relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, unions, and other key stakeholders. You will play a direct role in patient acquisition and market growth by identifying opportunities, generating referrals, and guiding prospective patients through the intake process.

This role is a salaried, exempt role.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and initiatives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication and support.

• Conduct intakes in the office, over the phone, and in person.

• Conduct outreach efforts to attract potential patients, including completing intakes and providing ongoing updates and check-ins throughout their journey.

• Foster positive relationships with both internal staff and external hospital and medical group records departments to facilitate smooth record retrieval and cooperation.

• Build and maintain connections in the community including but not limited to local unions, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

• Coordinate and attend patient appreciation events, senior fairs, marketing events, and other community activities to promote our program and services. Interpret and analyze lab results, tests and other diagnostic information.

• Analyze market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts across various channels.

• Effectively set the expectation and navigate the approval process within the healthcare system, ensuring timely access to necessary care and support services for patients.

• Coordinate effectively with internal staff, external stakeholders, and medical providers to facilitate seamless patient development and support processes.

• Educate former Department of Energy workers, contractors, and subcontractors on qualification requirements and available resources, facilitating access to necessary services and support.

• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided throughout the patient development process, fostering harmonious relationships with patients, external stakeholders, and internal staff.

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes.

• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of patient outreach, marketing initiatives, and overall program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in sales, marketing or patient advocacy is preferred.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, RingCentral and other relevant software is required.
• Familiarity with healthcare programs and benefits, particularly the RECA and EEOICPA preferred.
• Key competencies include customer focus, advocacy, communication skills both written and verbal, analytical skills, problem solving, critical thinking, organization, adaptability, empathy and teamwork.
• Ability to travel to events and meetings within the market area.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, and existing responsibilities may be modified, as needed to support business needs, departmental priorities, special projects, and organizational objectives.
