You will also support the development and validation of a digital twin pilot, gaining practical exposure to data-driven modelling, research and digital innovation within a development programme.\nYou will work closely with the PSInno team, contribute to real-world analytical assignments and help transform data into useful insights for programme decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Research and PreparationResearch and identify relevant public, programme and third-party datasets.\n\nAssess datasets for completeness, consistency, quality and suitability for analysis.\n\nCollect, clean, structure and combine datasets for use in the digital twin pilot and other analytical activities.\n\nIdentify data gaps, inconsistencies and quality issues and support appropriate solutions.\n\nMaintain clear records of data sources and preparation processes.\n\nData Analysis and ModellingConduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, relationships, patterns and data gaps.\n\nSupport the development, testing and refinement of the digital twin model.\n\nAssist with testing model assumptions, scenarios and potential use cases.\n\nSupport the validation of model outputs and document findings.\n\nApply appropriate quantitative methods to support programme research and analysis.\n\nData Visualisation and CommunicationDevelop clear charts, tables and visualisations that communicate analytical findings effectively.\n\nPrepare presentations, dashboards and analytical summaries for internal and stakeholder use.\n\nTranslate data findings into concise and accessible insights for programme teams.\n\nSupport the preparation of data-driven materials for meetings, workshops and presentations.\n\nDocumentation and Knowledge ManagementDocument data sources, methodologies, assumptions, analytical processes and findings.\n\nRecord lessons learned from the digital twin pilot and related analytical activities.\n\nSupport the preparation and organisation of technical and programme documentation.\n\nContribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the PSInno team.\n\nCRM and Programme SupportSupport the management and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for the PSInno project.\n\nAssist with CRM data organisation, quality checks, updates and reporting.\n\nParticipate actively in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data, research and digital innovation.\n\nSupport other relevant data analysis, research and programme activities as required.\n\nQualifications and Experience\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or another closely related quantitative discipline.\n\nDemonstrated foundational knowledge of data analysis, statistics and quantitative methods.\n\nPractical experience using at least one data analysis or programming tool, such as Python or R, gained through academic projects, internships, personal projects or similar experience.\n\nAbility to source, clean, organise, structure and analyse datasets.\n\nGood research skills, with the ability to identify, assess and work with information from different sources.\n\nBasic knowledge of data visualisation and the ability to present analytical results clearly.\n\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.\n\nDemonstrable knowledge and practical experience in CRM platform customisation and management.\n\nStrong attention to detail and an organised approach to handling data and documentation.\n\nFamiliarity with Ghana’s private-sector environment, SME landscape, innovation ecosystem or digital economy will be an advantage.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe welcome an enthusiastic and analytical individual who enjoys working with data and is eager to apply their knowledge to real-world development challenges.\nYou should be curious, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
