are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with 5-8 years of proven experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment and Infrastructure Projects, preferably within EPC, Design & Build, or Turnkey environments.\nThe Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for the technical and operational coordination of project execution, ensuring that engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover activities are properly integrated and delivered in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, quality standards, contractual requirements, approved schedule, and budget.\nThe position requires strong hands-on experience in electromechanical systems, site execution, testing & commissioning, technical coordination, and project handover, with the ability to coordinate effectively between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Commercial teams, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership of project deliverables, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives and resolving execution challenges.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate project execution activities from detailed engineering through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover. \nCoordinate effectively between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Commercial, Operations, and Maintenance teams.\nReview and coordinate mechanical and electrical designs, shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, ITPs, and material approvals.\nReview project requirements, drawings, specifications, BOQ, scope of work, and contractual requirements to ensure proper execution.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and execution issues.\nFollow up on material submittals, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.\nMonitor project progress and identify technical constraints, interface issues, risks, delays, and required corrective actions.\nSupport the Project Manager in developing and implementing Project Execution Plans, recovery plans, mitigation actions, and execution strategies.\nEnsure site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, applicable standards, and HSE requirements.\nCoordinate and lead pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, performance testing, reliability testing, and operational readiness activities.\nCoordinate the preparation and closure of commissioning procedures, test packs, punch lists, snag lists, and outstanding technical works.\nEnsure proper coordination between construction and operation teams to achieve smooth transition from construction to operation.\nPrepare and review technical reports, progress reports, RFIs, MIRs, inspection requests, technical queries, and project correspondence.\nParticipate in technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal management.\nEnsure timely closure of technical comments, NCRs, punch points, inspection observations, and outstanding works.\nSupport preparation and review of O&M manuals, as-built drawings, commissioning records, training records, spare parts lists, and handover dossiers.\nSupport final project handover, completion, and close-out activities.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and technical/site teams.\nEnsure compliance with project quality, HSE, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project execution efficiency, constructability, commissioning readiness, and operational
