Responsibilities include working with robotic additive manufacturing systems, programming, data analysis, machining support, and technical documentation\nJob Responsibilities\n-Support product development initiatives for additively manufactured titanium aerostructures\n-Design additive manufacturing preforms and develop build strategies\n-Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce non conformances\n-Maintain and improve robotic additive manufacturing systems\n-Oversee downstream post processing activities to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements\n-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across functions to achieve project goals\n-Develop technical solutions to complex engineering challenges\n-Generate toolpaths for additive manufacturing parts and experimental builds\n-Provide technical support for manufacturing development and production integration\n-Conduct data analysis following additive manufacturing builds under guidance from senior engineering staff\nJob Qualifications\n-Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline related to manufacturing\n-Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar\n-Proficiency in computer aided design tools\n-Experience with CNC machining, G code, and or robotics\n-Strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills\n-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications\n-Must be a United States citizen\nPreferred Qualifications\n-Ability to work effectively across a variety of engineering and manufacturing assignments\n-Strong interest in the aerospace manufacturing industry\n-Experience with additive manufacturing technologies\n-Experience with hardware integration, including devices such as Raspberry
