There are no limits to where you can take your career.\nJob Summary\nManages Shop Floor Scheduling activities in the Production Area. It includes the management of visual systems to communicate / monitor the sequence of production orders, ensuring the availability of resources.\nJob Responsibilities\nSequence work orders according to high MPS demand requirements for specific products and production lines, understanding all the physical and personnel limitations of these lines.\nMonitor manufacturing performance / performance daily against schedule, challenging and understanding whenever performance deviates from standard.\nMonitor stock coverage daily to avoid out-of-stock and overstock by adjusting the run sequence if possible or by raising the issue with the Master Scheduler.\nMaximize production / utilization of shared manufacturing resources while ensuring full consistency with the mix of MPS products, volumes, and required availability dates.\nJob Qualifications\nAt least 3 year experience in similar position\nUnderstand ERP / MRP environment with productive and nonproductive parts\nShortages analysis\nMonitoring inventory levels\nMaterial transaction, level loading, BOM\nExcel level Medium/High, for quick decision making reports and front end pages for production users. \nEnglish : Advanced \nBachelor in Engineering or Administration\nWe’ll offer you fantastic challenges and amazing opportunities.
