There are no limits to where you can take your career.\nJob Summary\nThe Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers while providing general administrative support as needed for the smooth day-to-day office operations of our Muncie, IN facility. This position will be based fully onsite.\nJob Responsibilities\nServe as the primary receptionist by greeting and directing visitors, vendors, customers, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.\nManage visitor access and site security through the iLobby visitor management system.\nAnswer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.\nReceive raw materials using supplier packing lists, assign serial numbers, and enter parts into the LN system to create routers.\nMaintain breakrooms and common office areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized.\nServe as the primary point of contact for facility and service vendors, including office cleaning services, Cintas uniform rentals and supplies, landscaping, water services, and vending providers.\nPlan and coordinate employee recognition and workplace celebration activities.\nProvide administrative support to Human Resources as needed\nPerform additional duties and provide backup support to various functions as assigned by the Site Manager.\nJob Qualifications\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n3+ years of previous experience in reception, office administration, customer service, or plant administration\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with employees, customers, suppliers and visitors.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry\nMust be a US Person (Citizen or Green Card Holder) or have the ability to obtain the necessary Government licensing to work with controlled technology and products\nPreferred:\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP, LN,)\nExperience with and inventory or receiving processes\nPhysical:\nStanding and walking at least 7hrs/day\nAbility to carry and lift weight up to 25lbs\nBending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling required (At least 2hrs/day)\nUse of hands for fine dexterity, light and strong grasping (At least 7hrs/day)\nWe’ll offer you fantastic challenges and amazing opportunities.
